ABC Embroidery stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

ABC Embroidery products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

ABC Embroidery takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, ABC Embroidery does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

EMBROIDERY

ABC uses professional embroidery equipment with a
top-of-the-line digitizing program to create custom
embroidery based on your colorized logo. You can also
choose from our large selection of stock designs to
customize an embroidered image with wording of your
choice.

SCREEN PRINTING

ABC uses a technically-advanced screen-printing press
and professional design software to create clean, crisp
vector art that can be transferred onto your items
through screen printing.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing is ABC’s newest offering. We recently
invested in the latest digital equipment—a Roland
VersaCam 540—to create digital heat transfers, window
clings, stickers, banners and more. Come in and check out
our new capabilities that will help you further enhance your
image.

HEAT TRANSFER

Heat transfers allows you to place individual names or
numbers on apparel items. ABC uses sophisticated,
precision machinery to cut out vinyl lettering in a variety
of type styles and colors to create the image you desire.
